Which request do you need?
| Consolidated marks card | A single statement combining marks across the years of your course. Often requested by employers, universities and credential agencies. Typically needs attested copies of all marks cards. |
|---|---|
| Duplicate marks card | A replacement for a marks card that is lost or damaged. Earlier versions of the RGUHS form list a notarised affidavit on stamp paper among the requirements. |
| Name correction | Corrects a spelling or name error on marks cards. Earlier versions of the RGUHS form list the 10+2 marks card and surrender of the original marks cards among the requirements. |
| Official transcript | The sealed academic record used for WES, CGFNS, DataFlow and other agencies. See the transcript procedure. |
Requirements and fees can change, so confirm the current list before applying. The fee amounts printed on older copies of the form circulating online should not be relied upon.
Consolidated marks card
If you passed some subjects on repeat attempts, your marks are spread across several cards. A consolidated marks card brings them into one statement, which is easier for overseas evaluators and employers to read. Make sure every marks card, including repeat attempts, is included in your attested set. A missing card is the most common reason for a query.
Duplicate marks card
Gather details of the lost card (year, examination, registration number), prepare the affidavit, and apply with the fee receipt. If you also need a transcript, sort out the duplicate first, because a transcript is prepared from a complete set of marks cards.
Name correction
Name differences between your marks cards, degree certificate and passport cause rejections at WES, CGFNS, DataFlow and visa stages. Correct the marks cards at the university before ordering transcripts. Keep copies of everything you surrender.
Order matters
- Fix name errors and replace lost marks cards.
- Request the consolidated marks card if your agency or employer needs one.
- Then request the official sealed transcript and any attestation or apostille.
Doing these in the wrong order is a frequent cause of paying twice. We plan the sequence for you and handle each step with the university; see also document attestation and duplicate degree certificate.
Don't want to deal with fee heads, forms and follow-ups?
Tell us your course, college, year of passing and what you need (transcript, consolidated or duplicate marks card, degree certificate, or delivery to WES, CGFNS, DataFlow or another agency). We will confirm the exact documents, prepare the RGUHS application, arrange the official fee payment on your behalf and follow up with the university until your documents are issued.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get a consolidated marks card from RGUHS?
Apply through the Registrar (Evaluation) form, attach attested copies of all your marks cards including repeat attempts, pay the fee through the official RGUHS online gateway and submit.
I lost my RGUHS marks card. How do I get a duplicate?
Apply for a duplicate marks card using the Registrar (Evaluation) form with the fee receipt and the supporting documents RGUHS requires, which have included a notarised affidavit.
My name is spelt wrongly on my RGUHS marks card. What do I do?
Apply for name correction with supporting documents such as your 10+2 marks card. Fix this before ordering transcripts, as name mismatches cause rejections at credential agencies.
Can I apply for a duplicate marks card and transcript together?
They use the same form, but a transcript is prepared from a complete set of marks cards. Resolve the duplicate or correction first, or let us sequence the requests for you.
