Terms of Service
These terms set out what you can expect from RGUHS Transcript Bangalore and what we ask of you. Please read them before engaging our services.
Last updated: January 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the agreement between you ("you", "the client") and RGUHS Transcript Bangalore ("RGUHS Transcript Bangalore", "we", "us" or "our") governing your use of our website and services. By engaging us, submitting documents, or continuing to use rguhstranscript.in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of terms
By requesting a quote, sending us your documents, making a payment, or otherwise instructing us to act, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you confirm you have that person's authority to do so.
2. What we do
RGUHS Transcript Bangalore is a document-procurement and facilitation service. We assist you with preparing, submitting and following up on requests for RGUHS transcripts, degree verifications, Medium of Instruction certificates, migration certificates, duplicate degree certificates and attestation, and with dispatching those documents to you or to the credential agency or regulator you nominate. We are a facilitator — not the issuing authority. Transcripts and academic documents are issued, signed and sealed solely by the university. Evaluation reports and licensing decisions are made solely by the relevant agency or regulator. Our role is to manage the paperwork and logistics on your behalf.
3. No affiliation
RGUHS Transcript Bangalore is an independent private service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or an agent of RGUHS, or of any credential evaluation agency or regulator (including WES, IQAS, ICES, CES, PEBC, CGFNS, ECFMG, DataFlow or any other body). Any use of institution or agency names on our site is purely for identification and to describe the service you may need. All such names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees
Any timeline we share is an honest estimate based on our experience. The actual time to issue a transcript, complete a verification or finish an attestation depends on the university, government departments and third parties whose processes we do not control — and these are affected by examination seasons, verification backlogs, holidays and internal review cycles. We commit to consistent follow-up and clear updates, but we cannot and do not guarantee a specific completion date. Delays caused by the university, an agency, a courier or a government body are outside our responsibility.
5. Your responsibilities
To allow us to act effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information about yourself and your programme.
- Supply genuine, unaltered documents that belong to you and that you are entitled to use.
- Give valid authorisation and any consent forms we or the university require so that we may act on your behalf.
- Use our services and the resulting documents only for lawful purposes.
- Respond promptly to our requests for information or clarification, as delays on your side affect the timeline.
Submitting forged, tampered or fraudulently obtained documents is strictly prohibited. If we reasonably believe documents or information are not genuine, we may decline or discontinue the service without refund of work already performed, and we may be obliged to report the matter.
6. Fees and payment
Our fee is a professional service charge for the work we do on your behalf. This is separate from, and in addition to, any official fees charged by the university, government departments or agencies, and from courier costs. We will set out our service charge before you commit, and we will identify official fees separately so you understand what you are paying for. Official fees are payable to the relevant authority and are governed by that authority's own rules. Payment of our service charge is generally required before or as work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Refund policy
Because much of our value is in the work, coordination and official submissions we carry out early in a case, refunds are considered in general terms as follows: where we have not yet begun substantive work on your file, we will refund our service charge less any costs already incurred. Once official fees have been paid to the university or a third party on your behalf, or work is substantially underway, those amounts are typically non-refundable because they are outside our control. We do not refund on the basis of timelines that depend on third parties, or of outcomes decided by agencies. If you believe your situation warrants a refund, contact us and we will review it fairly and in good faith.
8. No guarantee of outcome
We cannot and do not guarantee any particular result from a credential evaluation, verification or licensing process. The content of an evaluation report, the equivalency assigned to your qualification, and any registration or licensing decision are determined solely by the relevant agency or regulator according to their own criteria. Our service is to help you assemble and submit the correct documents accurately and on time; it is not a promise of a specific evaluation outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RGUHS Transcript Bangalore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss — including lost opportunities, missed deadlines, visa or job consequences, or losses arising from delays or decisions of the university, agencies, couriers or government bodies. Where we are found liable for any matter, our total liability is limited to the amount of the service charge you paid us for the specific service concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, layout, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to RGUHS Transcript Bangalore and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with our services, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute our content for other purposes without our prior written permission.
11. Third-party trademarks
Names, logos and trademarks of universities, agencies and regulators referred to on our site — such as RGUHS, WES, IQAS, ICES, CES, PEBC, CGFNS, ECFMG and DataFlow — remain the property of their respective owners. They are used on our site only to describe and identify the services applicants may require, and their appearance does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
