Where the transcript fee fits in the process
An RGUHS transcript request is handled by the office of the Registrar (Evaluation). The university's own application form covers several related requests together: name correction in a marks card, duplicate marks card, consolidated marks card, and attestation or official transcript of marks cards. That form states that payments are made in favour of the Registrar (Evaluation), RGUHS, Bengaluru, and asks you to tick which documents you have enclosed. So the payment receipt is one of several enclosures, not a standalone request.
Step by step: paying the transcript fee
- Decide exactly what you need. An official transcript, a consolidated marks card, attested copies, or a combination. Also decide how many sealed copies you need, including one per credential agency (for example WES and a provincial regulator).
- Confirm the current fee. Fees differ by request type and number of copies, and older printed forms in circulation may show outdated amounts. Check the current amount with RGUHS or with us before you pay.
- Pay through the official gateway. Start from the RGUHS Online Payment Gateway page, click Student Fee and choose Student Fee Collection, then the fee type that applies. See our payment link guide for what each screen means.
- Save proof immediately. Download the receipt as a PDF, take a screenshot showing the transaction reference, and keep the bank SMS. Print one copy to attach to the application.
- Attach it to the application. Fill the Registrar (Evaluation) form, attach the receipt and attested copies of all marks cards, and submit. Our application form guide covers this step.
Five transcript payment mistakes we see every week
1. Paying for one copy when the agency needs several
WES, CGFNS, ECFMG EPIC and DataFlow each have their own submission rules. If you later need an extra sealed copy for a second agency, you usually start a new request and pay again.
2. Name mismatch between receipt and marks cards
Enter your name exactly as printed on your RGUHS marks cards, and include your university registration number where the form asks for it. A receipt in a different spelling is hard to match.
3. Paying before the documents are ready
If a marks card is missing, carries a withheld remark, or has a name error, the transcript cannot be issued until that is resolved. Sort these out first; see marks card requests.
4. Bank transfer instead of the gateway
RGUHS has stated that RTGS, NEFT and internet-banking transfers are not entertained and that payment should be made only through the online gateway.
5. Receipt lost after payment
Without the transaction reference, tracing a payment is slow. Save it the moment the payment succeeds.
Getting the transcript to WES, CGFNS, DataFlow and other agencies
Many agencies only accept transcripts that arrive in a sealed university envelope, sent directly or forwarded unopened. The payment and application should reflect where the transcript is going. Our agency pages explain each body's rules: WES, CGFNS, ECFMG EPIC, DataFlow, IQAS and PEBC.
Don't want to deal with fee heads, forms and follow-ups?
Tell us your course, college, year of passing and what you need (transcript, consolidated or duplicate marks card, degree certificate, or delivery to WES, CGFNS, DataFlow or another agency). We will confirm the exact documents, prepare the RGUHS application, arrange the official fee payment on your behalf and follow up with the university until your documents are issued.
Frequently asked questions
How much is the RGUHS transcript fee?
The fee depends on the type of request and the number of copies, and older forms in circulation may show outdated amounts. Confirm the current amount with RGUHS before paying, or ask us and we will confirm it for your specific request.
Where do I pay the RGUHS transcript fee?
Through the official RGUHS Online Payment Gateway, linked from rguhs.ac.in/Financeonlinepaymentgateway.htm. Student payments open on a BillDesk-run RGUHS portal.
Does paying the fee start my transcript request?
No. The receipt must be submitted with the completed Registrar (Evaluation) application form and attested copies of your marks cards.
I live abroad and my card is declined. What can I do?
International cards are sometimes declined on Indian payment gateways. We can arrange the official fee payment in India as part of handling your application.
Can you send my RGUHS transcript directly to WES?
Yes. We arrange sealed dispatch following each agency's rules, including WES, CGFNS, ECFMG EPIC and DataFlow.
