Convocation fee on the RGUHS payment portal
On the official RGUHS Online Payment Gateway, the Student Fee link opens the BillDesk-run RGUHS portal. Its examination fee section lists these forms:

Provisional degree certificate vs. degree certificate
A provisional degree certificate confirms you have completed the course while the final degree is awaited. Some employers accept it for a while, but many credential evaluators and licensing bodies abroad ask for the final degree certificate.
