RGUHS Transcript Services
From procuring your sealed transcript to dispatching it directly to WES, CGFNS, DataFlow or any evaluator you nominate, RGUHS Transcript Bangalore manages the entire RGUHS document journey end-to-end — accurately, securely and on a timeline you can plan around.
What an Official RGUHS Transcript Contains — and How It Looks
Before choosing a service, it helps to know exactly what the university actually produces. RGUHS does not print a brand-new, single-page transcript document. Instead, the university verifies your original year- or semester-wise mark sheets and your degree certificate against its records, stamps each one with the official university seal, and returns the full set to you or your agency inside a university-sealed envelope. This attested set of mark sheets and degree certificate is what satisfies a ‘transcript’ requirement for most evaluators and employers. If your agency specifically wants your entire record summarised on one page — every subject, year and grade combined into a single sheet — that is a separate document called a Consolidated Mark Sheet, issued only if you request it in addition to the attested set.
Just as important as the content is the physical form. Each attested mark sheet and the degree certificate carry the original university stationery, the signature of the competent academic authority, and the official university seal. For overseas use, RGUHS places the complete set inside its own envelope and seals it across the flap, with the seal overlapping the closure so that any attempt to open it would be obvious. This sealed, tamper-evident state is not a formality — it is the exact condition most credential evaluators insist upon. A document set that is accurate but arrives in an opened envelope, or that reaches the agency by the wrong route, can be rejected on that basis alone.
That distinction between a correct document and a correctly delivered document is the whole reason a specialist service exists. We make sure the version you obtain matches precisely what your destination agency expects: the right document type, sealed the right way, sent by the right method, in the right name. You can read more about the university that issues it on our About RGUHS page.

Which RGUHS Professionals Request Transcripts
Every health-sciences discipline RGUHS certifies eventually needs a transcript for a step abroad. Here is how the requirement shows up profession by profession.
Doctors — MBBS, MD, MS, DM, MCh
Physicians need verified, university-sealed academic records for medical council registration, residency and licensure pathways. In the United States the ECFMG verifies medical credentials at source through its EPIC platform, and other destinations have their own council formats. Postgraduates typically add speciality records to the undergraduate transcript.
Nurses — GNM, B.Sc, P.B.B.Sc, M.Sc
Nursing is the most internationally mobile of the health professions. RGUHS nurses submit transcripts to CGFNS for the US, to nursing councils in the UK, and to provincial and national regulators in Canada, Australia and beyond — often alongside course content and clinical-hours documentation.
Dentists — BDS, MDS
Dental credentialing is exacting. Graduates commonly need the transcript, degree verification and, in some cases, detailed syllabi, whether for North American board pathways, UK and Australian registration, or Gulf licensure.
Pharmacists — B.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Pharm
Registration through the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada or US state boards relies on verified academic records and, frequently, structured course descriptions. The transcript anchors the entire evaluation.
Physiotherapists — BPT, MPT
Regulators such as AHPRA in Australia, and equivalents in Canada, the UK and New Zealand, assess both the transcript and the depth of the programme, so accurate, complete records matter.
AYUSH & Allied Health — BAMS, BHMS, BNYS
Graduates of the Indian systems of medicine and allied-health and paramedical programmes benefit from carefully presented documentation for evaluators less familiar with these qualifications, framed within the recognised RGUHS university structure.
Everything We Handle for RGUHS Graduates
One team, one point of contact, and a full menu of RGUHS document services — so you never have to stitch together several providers to complete a single credential file.
Transcript Procurement
We apply to the RGUHS academic section on your behalf, prepare the forms and authorisation, arrange the official fees, and obtain your verified mark sheets and degree certificate — each stamped with the university seal and sealed together in a university envelope.
Direct-to-Agency Dispatch
Where an evaluator requires the transcript to arrive directly from the institution, we arrange sealed courier dispatch to the agency address, meeting its sender and delivery rules.
E-Transcripts (Where Available)
When the university offers an electronic transcript and your agency accepts it, we arrange secure digital submission. We confirm feasibility for your case rather than assuming it.
Degree Verification
Support for employer, immigration and agency verification requests, where the university confirms the authenticity of your degree and records. See degree verification.
Attestation & Apostille
MEA apostille, embassy and MOFA attestation to legalise your degree and transcripts for use in your destination country. See attestation.
Medium of Instruction (MOI)
A university certificate confirming your programme was taught and examined in English — often required by nursing councils and employers. See MOI.
Migration Certificate
Obtained when you move to another university or system for further study or registration. See migration certificate.
Duplicate Degree
Re-issue of a lost or damaged degree certificate so your credential file has no gaps. See duplicate degree.
Consolidated Mark Sheets
Where an agency specifically wants your entire academic record summarised on one page, we arrange this distinct, single-page document in addition to your attested mark sheets.

Documents to Have Ready
Most RGUHS transcript requests begin with the same core information. Having it ready when you contact us shortens the whole timeline, because we can scope your file precisely from the first conversation. If something on this list is missing, it is rarely a dealbreaker — part of our job is helping you work out how to proceed and reconstruct or locate records where possible.
A quick word of reassurance on privacy: these are sensitive academic and identity documents, and we treat them accordingly. We share them only with the university and the specific agency you authorise, and we use secure channels for digital transfers. You can review the finer points on our contact page before you send anything.

Prepared for Every Major Credential Body
We align your RGUHS transcript to the exact submission rules of the agency you are applying to. Each link below opens a dedicated guide for that body.
Credential evaluation and licensing bodies each have their own quirks — the way the sender field must be completed, whether an envelope may pass through the applicant's hands, which supporting documents accompany the transcript, and whether electronic delivery is accepted. Getting these details right before dispatch is what prevents a technically valid transcript from being turned away. Below is a map of the destinations RGUHS graduates most often ask us about.
WES (World Education Services) provides Educational Credential Assessments used widely for Canadian and US immigration and study, and requires the transcript to be sent by the institution. For Canada's provincial routes, IQAS serves Alberta, ICES serves British Columbia, and CES operates from the University of Toronto — each an accepted designated organisation with its own document rules. Pharmacists heading to Canada work through PEBC, the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada, for licensure.
In the United States, nurses go through CGFNS, the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools, for its credentials evaluation and VisaScreen, while physicians rely on the ECFMG's EPIC platform for source verification of their medical credentials. Across the Gulf, DataFlow conducts primary-source verification on behalf of regulators such as the DHA in Dubai, DOH in Abu Dhabi, the MOH, the SCFHS in Saudi Arabia and the QCHP in Qatar. We also support submissions to bodies including ECE, the NMC and HCPC in the UK, AHPRA in Australia, NZQA in New Zealand, ECCTIS (UK ENIC), the MCC in Canada, and others — so if your agency is not listed here, simply ask us and we will confirm the requirements for your case.
A brief but important note: RGUHS Transcript Bangalore is an independent service and is not affiliated with, or an agent of, any of these agencies or of RGUHS. We describe each body only at a general level and confirm current, case-specific rules with the relevant source before we act, because requirements do change over time.
Setting Honest Expectations on Your Transcript
One of the most useful things we can offer at the outset is a realistic picture of how long a transcript takes and what drives the cost — because vague promises help no one facing a hard deadline. University processing timelines are influenced by factors no agent controls: examination seasons, verification backlogs and internal review cycles all affect how quickly the academic section can issue a document. For that reason we never quote an artificially short turnaround. What we do commit to is momentum — persistent, structured follow-up so your request keeps advancing rather than sitting untouched — and clear updates at every milestone so you always know where your file stands. Most requests we manage complete within a few weeks, and we give you a case-specific estimate the moment we see your details.
On cost, we keep the quote transparent and itemised. There are usually three distinct components: the university's own official fee for issuing the document, any courier charge for sealed dispatch to you or your agency, and our professional service fee for managing the process. Separating these means you can see exactly what you are paying for, with no bundled mystery charges. If your requirement is more involved — several documents, more than one destination agency, or attestation layered on top of the transcript — we still consolidate everything into a single plan with one point of contact, so the complexity stays on our side, not yours.
It is also worth knowing why RGUHS applications sometimes stall, because nearly every cause is avoidable. The most frequent is requesting a one-page Consolidated Mark Sheet when the agency actually wants the full attested set of mark sheets and degree certificate, or a provisional certificate when the agency wants the full record. Others include an unsealed or opened envelope that invalidates the tamper-evident condition, mismatched names or registration numbers across documents, incomplete authorisation that prevents the university releasing records to a representative, and missed agency-specific rules such as a requirement that the transcript be sent directly by the institution. Our checklists are designed around exactly these failure points, which is why files we manage tend to clear on the first attempt rather than bouncing back weeks later.
A Specialist Team for a Specialist Document
There is no shortage of general document agents, but an RGUHS transcript is not a general document. It is a specific record, from a specific university, that must satisfy specific agency rules — and the cost of getting any of those specifics wrong is measured in weeks of delay to your registration, job offer or visa. Our entire practice is built around RGUHS documentation and the credential pathways its graduates take, which means we recognise the small, easy-to-miss requirements that decide whether an application clears on the first attempt.
What you get in practice is a single point of contact who owns your file from enquiry to delivery, honest timelines rather than optimistic guesses, careful handling of your original documents, and a paper trail you can follow at every stage. We quote transparently, separating the university's official fees from our professional service charge and any courier cost, so there are no surprises later. And because we handle transcripts, verification, attestation, MOI and migration documents together, we can sequence a complex file correctly instead of leaving you to coordinate several providers who do not talk to one another. If you want the wider context on the institution behind your degree, our About RGUHS page complements this one; when you are ready to move, the contact page gets you a real person and a real quote.
