RGUHS Transcript Bangalore ("RGUHS Transcript Bangalore", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you entrust to us. We help healthcare graduates obtain transcripts, degree verifications, Medium of Instruction certificates, migration certificates and attestation connected with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) and to submit those documents to the credential evaluation agency or regulator of their choice. To do that work we necessarily handle personal and academic information, and this policy describes how we treat it. It applies to visitors to rguhstranscript.in and to clients who engage our services.

Who we are

RGUHS Transcript Bangalore is an independent, privately operated document-procurement and verification service based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We are not a university and we are not a credential evaluation agency; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or an agent of RGUHS or of any agency such as WES, IQAS, CGFNS or DataFlow. We act solely as the representative you authorise to prepare and follow up on your paperwork. What information we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver the service you have asked for. Depending on your requirement, this may include:

• Identity and contact details — your full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, postal or courier address, and the destination country you are moving to.
• Academic documents — degree and provisional certificates, consolidated mark sheets and transcripts, registration or enrolment numbers, programme and passing-year details, and any supporting records an agency requires.
• Authorisation records — signed authorisation letters, identity proof and consent forms that allow us and the university to act on your instructions.
• Payment information — the details needed to collect our service charge and any official fees; card and banking data are handled by our payment processors and are not stored by us.
• Correspondence — the messages you send us and our replies, so we can keep an accurate record of your case.

We do not seek any information that is not relevant to procuring your documents, and we ask you not to send us data we have not requested.

How and why we use your information

We use your information to carry out the specific task you engage us for: to prepare and submit transcript requests to the university on your behalf, to arrange degree verifications and attestation, to dispatch sealed documents to you or directly to the agency you nominate, to answer your questions, to send you updates on the progress of your file, and to process payment. We also use limited information to meet our own legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your academic documents for any purpose beyond the service you have requested.

Lawful basis and consent

We process your personal information on the basis of the consent you give when you engage us and provide your documents, and to perform the service agreement between you and RGUHS Transcript Bangalore. Because our work involves acting for you before the university and third parties, your explicit authorisation is central to everything we do — we act only on your instructions and within the scope you approve. You may withdraw your consent at any time, though doing so mid-process may mean we can no longer complete an application already underway.

When we share information — and with whom

We share your information only where it is necessary to deliver your service, and only with:

• The relevant university (RGUHS), so that your transcript, verification or certificate can be processed and issued.
• The credential evaluation agency or regulator you authorise — for example WES, IQAS, ICES, CES, PEBC, CGFNS, ECFMG (EPIC) or DataFlow — so your sealed documents reach the correct destination.
• Courier and logistics partners, to physically deliver sealed documents to you or to the agency.
• Payment processors and banks, to collect fees securely.

We do not disclose your information to advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties. We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law, court order or a legitimate request from a public authority.

How we protect your data

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of academic and identity documents. Access to your file is limited to team members who need it to complete your work; physical documents are handled in a controlled environment; and electronic records are kept on protected systems with access controls. Payment card data is handled entirely by PCI-compliant processors. While no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, we take practical steps to reduce risk and to respond promptly if an issue arises.

How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as needed to complete your service and to satisfy any legal, tax or accounting requirements that follow. After that period, we securely delete or anonymise personal data that we no longer need. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so wherever we are not obliged to retain it for a legal reason.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct anything inaccurate, and to request deletion of data we are not legally required to keep. You may also object to certain uses of your data or ask us to restrict processing. Cookies and browser storage

Our website is intentionally lightweight. It uses only minimal cookies necessary for the site to function and does not rely on browser storage to run the application experience. Children

Our services are intended for adults and working professionals — doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, physiotherapists and graduates managing their own credentials. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.

International transfers

Because credential evaluation is a global process, delivering your service may involve sending your documents across borders — for instance couriering a sealed transcript to an agency abroad, at your instruction. Where this happens, it is to complete the specific task you have authorised, and we take care to share only what the destination requires.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
