The options on the official RGUHS payment page
The RGUHS Online Payment Gateway page groups payments into six links. Most candidates only ever need the first two; the rest are meant for colleges.

What you see after clicking "Student Fee"
The Student Fee link opens a page titled "Welcome to Online Payment Portal of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science". It asks you to make a series of choices before you reach a payment form:
- Collection Type — choose between Student Fee Collection and College Data Collection. Individual candidates use Student Fee Collection.
- Student Fee Type — the portal offers Student Fee Collection General and Student Fee Collection Examination.
- Examination fee forms — separate forms exist for the convocation fee, the convocation and dissertation fee, and PhD examination fees.
- Your details and payment — you fill in the form, pay by card or net banking, and receive a BillDesk transaction reference. Save the receipt as a PDF and a screenshot immediately.
Note that the portal page still carries some leftover text from another organisation's housing scheme. It is the genuine RGUHS page reached from rguhs.ac.in, but the leftover text confuses many people. Always start from the rguhs.ac.in page rather than a search result, so you know you are on the real portal.
Paying for a transcript, marks card or degree? Read this first
Most people searching "RGUHS payment" are actually trying to get a document: an official transcript, a consolidated marks card, a duplicate marks card, or a degree certificate. For these requests the payment is only one part. RGUHS also needs the correct application form, attested copies of your marks cards, sometimes forwarding from your college principal, and proof of payment attached to the application. Paying under the wrong fee head, or paying without the paperwork ready, is one of the most common reasons applications stall.
Why RGUHS online payments fail (and what to do)
Money debited, but no receipt
Do not pay again straight away. Note the date, time, amount and the bank reference from your bank SMS or statement. Bank and gateway reconciliation can take a few working days. The official RGUHS payment page lists BillDesk helpline numbers and a contact email for payment issues.
Paid under the wrong fee head
A payment made under the wrong form or category may not be matched to your application. Before paying, confirm which fee head and amount apply to your request. If you already paid under the wrong head, keep the receipt and contact the concerned RGUHS section with the transaction details before paying again.
Bank transfer instead of the gateway
RGUHS has stated that RTGS, NEFT and internet-banking transfers are not entertained and that payment should be made only through the online payment gateway. A direct bank transfer is unlikely to be linked to your request.
Paying from abroad
Some international cards and banks decline Indian gateway payments. Graduates working in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia or the Gulf often find it easier to let a Bengaluru-based representative arrange the payment and submit it with the application.

What is the official RGUHS payment link?
The official starting point is the Online Payment Gateway page on rguhs.ac.in (rguhs.ac.in/Financeonlinepaymentgateway.htm). Student fee payments open from there on a BillDesk-run RGUHS payment portal.
Can I pay RGUHS fees by NEFT or bank transfer?
RGUHS has stated that payments through RTGS, NEFT or internet banking are not entertained and that fees should be paid only through the online payment gateway.
Can I pay the RGUHS transcript fee on rguhstranscript.in?
No. This website does not collect RGUHS fees. If you use our service, we arrange the official university fee payment as part of your application, and our own service charge is quoted separately in advance.
My money was debited but I got no RGUHS receipt. What should I do?
Do not pay again immediately. Keep the bank reference, date and amount, wait for the bank and gateway to reconcile, and use the helpline details listed on the official RGUHS payment page. If you need the document urgently, contact us and we can advise on next steps.
Which option should I choose for a transcript or marks card fee?
It depends on the document requested and the current RGUHS fee schedule. Confirm the fee head and amount before paying, or message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you which option applies to your request.
