RGUHS Transcript for Canada
Canada is the single most common destination for RGUHS graduates we work with, but "a Canadian credential evaluation" can mean four different agencies depending on your province, institution and purpose. This page is your starting point for choosing between WES, IQAS, ICES and CES.
Four agencies, one starting point
Almost every RGUHS graduate moving to Canada eventually needs an Educational Credential Assessment, but which organisation performs it depends on why you need it. Express Entry immigration applicants and most employers accept WES. Alberta-specific applications often go through IQAS. British Columbia frequently specifies ICES. Ontario college and university admissions frequently require CES from the University of Toronto. Getting this choice right the first time avoids paying for, and waiting on, an evaluation that your receiving institution will not accept.
Whichever agency applies to you, the RGUHS side of the process is the same: we obtain your sealed transcript and mark sheets and arrange for direct dispatch, satisfying the primary-source verification rule every one of these agencies applies.
WES, IQAS, ICES or CES — which one do you need?
A quick overview of when each is typically requested. Always confirm the specific requirement with your receiving institution or immigration application.
WES
The most widely accepted evaluator. Commonly used for Express Entry immigration and by many employers and institutions across Canada.
Transcript for WESIQAS
Alberta's provincial evaluator, often required for Alberta-specific immigration, education or employment applications.
Transcript for IQASICES
British Columbia's designated evaluation service, frequently specified by BC institutions, employers and regulators.
Transcript for ICESCES
Run by the University of Toronto, and commonly required specifically for Ontario college and university admissions.

4. Direct dispatch to your evaluator
The sealed transcript is dispatched directly to WES, IQAS, ICES or CES, satisfying each agency's primary-source rule.

5. Confirmation and follow-through
We confirm dispatch with you and remain available if your evaluator raises any query about the file.
A note on independence
RGUHS Transcript Bangalore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of RGUHS, WES, IQAS, ICES or CES. We are an independent document-procurement and verification service that manages the university side of your Canadian credential evaluation, so you can focus on your immigration application, admission offer or licensing process.
