Sample Documents Centre

Many applicants ask what their finished transcript, marks card or courier package will actually look like. Here is a plain description of each, and how to request a redacted example.

Why we describe rather than display sealed documents

Most agencies we work with, including WES, DataFlow and CGFNS, require the transcript envelope to arrive with its seal intact. Because of that, we cannot publish photographs of a live, sealed transcript on this page — doing so would undermine the very guarantee the seal is meant to provide. What we can do is describe exactly what each document contains and how it is packaged, and share a redacted example from a previous, unrelated case if you would like to see one before applying. Just ask us on WhatsApp or by email.

What To Expect

What each document looks like

RGUHS Transcript

An official RGUHS letterhead document listing your programme, subject-wise results by semester or year, and overall result, bearing the university's seal and an authorised signature. It is issued in a sealed envelope, often with the university's stamp across the flap.

Consolidated Marks Card

A single document bringing together results from every semester or year of your programme into one record, showing subject-wise marks, grades and overall result, issued on official RGUHS letterhead with seal and signature.

Degree Certificate

The formal parchment-style certificate confirming your qualification, degree classification and date of conferment, carrying the university seal and signatures of authorised officials.

Sealed Envelope & Courier Package

Documents for direct dispatch are placed in an envelope sealed by the university, often stamped across the flap, and shipped in a tracked courier package addressed directly to your destination agency, with tracking details shared with you.

How To See An Example

Requesting a redacted sample

If you would like to see what a finished document looks like before you apply, we can share a redacted example from a previous, unrelated case with all personal information removed.

  • Message us on WhatsApp or email with the specific document you'd like to see
  • We share a redacted example with names, numbers and identifying details removed
  • You can then compare it against what your destination agency expects

A note on authenticity

Because every RGUHS document is issued directly by the university, we cannot create a generic "template" sample in advance — every finished document is genuinely tied to an individual record. What we can share are real, redacted examples from prior cases with the account holder's permission.

Sample Documents FAQs

Sample Documents — Questions Answered

For sealed documents, agencies typically require the envelope to remain unopened, so we cannot show you the sealed contents once prepared. However, we can share a redacted example from a previous, unrelated case on request so you know what to expect.

Most credential agencies, including WES, DataFlow and CGFNS, reject documents where the seal has been broken, because it removes the primary-source guarantee they require. Opening the envelope, even to check the contents, generally means the process has to start again.

A consolidated marks card brings together your semester or year-wise results into a single official document, typically showing subject-wise marks, grades and overall result for each stage of your programme, issued and sealed by RGUHS.
